Mark Mitrovich is a seasoned culinary professional and educator with experience in hospitality and finance. A Johnson and Wales University graduate with an AOS in culinary arts, Mark Mitrovich, has dedicated his career to sharing his expertise and nurturing the next generation of culinary and business professionals.

With over 15 years of experience as a chef instructor, Mr. Mitrovich has guided students in mastering culinary arts and business management. His teaching expertise has led to multiple state championships for his business management teams from 2018 to 2024, and in 2023, he received the Ohio ProStart Teacher of Excellence and Instructor of the Year for the State of Ohio.

Mr. Mitrovich remains committed to community service. In 2021, he volunteered with Mercy Chefs during tornado relief efforts in Mayfield, Kentucky, helping to provide essential meals to affected communities.

Before his teaching career, Mr. Mitrovich held positions in the financial sector, serving as a loan officer and manager at 1st Bancorp Mortgage and Union Home Mortgage. He consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of loan production during this time.
